Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping Rate

We are pleased to offer FREE Ground Shipping within the United States for any purchases $100 and up.

Shipment processing times

All our products are handmade by us. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Winay's Crafts is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

International Shipping, Customs, Duties and Taxes

We provide shipping to the following countries:

Australia, Canada, France, Italy, and United Kingdom.

Winay's Crafts is NOT responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages/Lost Packages

Winay's Crafts is NOT liable for any lost package(s) that are confirmed delivered to the shipping address.

We understand that there is some circumstance that the package is damage during in transit due to improper handling. Should you have received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number along with picture(s) of the damaged package and product(s).
